Leave of absence for CDE status
There are options for leave of absence of up to five (5) years for ADEA membership and CDE re-credentialling.

Please complete the below form and submit it to cde@adea.com.au prior to the membership expiry date.
Application for leave of absence
The payment of the normal annual renewal fee will renew the membership. No joining fee will be charged to a member renewing at the end of their leave of absence period.
