If you are satisfied with the service you have received from ADEA , please let us know. It helps us to know that we are delivering our services effectively and provides us with an opportunity to recognise staff that provide high quality service.

Complaints

ADEA has an established complaints process that is enshrined in the Constitution By-Law 5 .

Members of the public, ADEA members and other health professionals may make a complaint about an ADEA member if they believe that person has acted outside the ADEA Code of Conduct.

Please complete the complaints form and submit it to complaints@adea.com.au. All formal complaints will be received by the President and Chair of the Complaints Committee.
