Extended leave and voluntary suspension of CDE status
The Board has approved implementation of a revised extended leave and voluntary suspension policy in 2017. The revised policy includes options for extended leave of up to five (5) years for ADEA membership and recredentialling for CDEs.

A membership renewal advice will be sent to the Member by the ADEA National Office at the end of the suspension period notified on application form. The payment of the normal annual renewal fee will renew the membership. No joining fee will be charged to a member renewing at the end of their membership suspension period.
