Who can be a CDE – Eligible Primary Health Disciplines |
You will need to:
Be a full member of ADEA |
Complete the Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education and Management |
Complete 1000 hours Practice in Diabetes Education |
Provide a Referee Report from your supervisor |
Undertake minimum 6 Months of Mentoring |
Undertake 20 hours CPD per year |
