Leave of absence for CDE status

There are options for leave of absence of up to five (5) years for ADEA membership and CDE re-credentialling.

Application for leave of absence

Please complete the below form and submit it to cde@adea.com.au prior to the membership expiry date.

Application for leave of absence (Word - 0.27MB)

A membership renewal advice will be sent to the member by the ADEA National Office at the end of the leave of absence period. The payment of the normal annual renewal fee will renew the membership. No joining fee will be charged to a member renewing at the end of their leave of absence period.
