ADEA conferences

 The Australian Diabetes Educators Association (ADEA) has branches in all state and territories. Each Branch conducts conferences annually or bi-annually.  Although the overall aim of the conferences align with the ADEA’s aim, the topics and focus are decided by the Branch Executive in conjunction with the membership to meet their professional development needs and address specific state or local practice issues.

In the most instances, attendance to state and territory conferences is frequently open to non-members. Attendance is invited from all health care professionals providing service to people with diabetes or with an interest in diabetes care and management.
