(English & Vietnamese Groups). Self-referral and professional referral accepted, referrals for Medicare Allied Health Services or for Type 2 Diabetes Group Education from GP when suitable are preferred. Priority given to clients in City of Yarra, HCC or Pension Card holders. Interpreters available on request. Dietitian also available.
